摘  要:调研文献发现,还未有使用便携式顶空-气相色谱/质谱联用仪进行现场测定水环境中的三氯乙醛。本文利用正交实验得到了样品前处理的最优条件,建立了适合现场应急、例行监测的分析测试方法。本方法检出为0.03μg/L,线性范围0.1~10.0μg/L,线性相关系数为0.9995,0.20μg/L、1.00μg/L、5.00μg/L空白加标样品平均回收率为97.9%~102.4%。总结了分析测试中的技术难点及解决措施,该方法具有分析时间短、线性范围宽、检出限低的特点,可作为现场应急、常规的测试分析方法。According to literature,it hadn t been found that a portable gas headspace chromatography/mass spectrometry instrument had been used for on-site determination of trichloroacetaldehyde in aquatic environments.Orthogonal experiments were used to obtain the optimal conditions for sample pretreatment,and an analysis and testing method suitable for on-site emergency and routine monitoring were established.The detection limit was 0.03μg/L,linear range was 0.1~10.0μg/L,linear correlation coefficient was 0.9995,the average recovery rate of blank spiked 0.20μg/L、1.00μg/L、5.00μg/L samples was 97.9%~102.4%.The technical difficulties and solutions were summarized.This method had the characteristics of short analysis time,wide linear range,low detection limit,and could be used as an on-site emergency and routine measurement method.
