福建某铜矿中矿再磨工艺试验研究

摘　　要：针对福建某铜矿中矿单体解离度低的问题,开展了中矿再磨工艺试验研究。试验研究结果表明,采用中矿集中再磨后返回粗选工艺流程,可获得铜品位22.01%、铜回收率89.25%的铜精矿。与当前的生产工艺流程相比,铜精矿含铜品位相当,而铜回收率提高了1.08个百分点,经济效益显著。In view of the low liberation degree of the middlings of a copper ore in Fujian province,an experimental study on the middling regrinding process was carried out.The test results show that the copper concentrate with copper grade of 22.01%and copper recovery of 89.25%can be obtained by using the process of regrinding middlings to return to roughing.Compared with the current production process,the copper grade of concentrate are similar,but the copper recovery has increased by 1.08 percentage points,and the economic benefit is remarkable.
