摘 要:自《尾矿库在线安全监测系统工程技术规范》(GB51108-2015)出台,各矿山企业尾矿库的在线监测预警系统陆续建设,为尾矿库的安全运行管理工作提供了强有力的保障。本文焦点关注这一系统的防雷问题,针对危害较大的直击雷、感应雷、雷电侵入波的特点,提出了“多级设防、立体防御、综合预防”的防雷技术措施,最大限度避免雷击对尾矿库在线监测预警系统的影响。Since the issuance of the Engineering Technical Specifications for the On-line Safety Monitoring System of Tailings Ponds(GB51108-2015),many mining enterprises have been progressively installing online monitoring and warning systems for their tailings ponds.This provides robust support for the safe operation and management of these ponds.This paper focuses on the lightning protection issues for these systems,introducing technical measures characterized by"multi-level fortification,three-dimensional defense,and comprehensive prevention".These measures are tailored to address the significant hazards posed by direct,induced,and surge lightning,aiming to minimize the impact of such strikes on the online monitoring and warning systems.
