铜电解过程阴极铜表观形貌优化技术研究

摘  要:本文结合南方某铜冶炼厂电解工序的生产实践,探究了添加剂对阴极铜表观质量的影响规律,结果表明,适量调节电解液中骨胶、硫脲和氯离子配比,利于提高阴极铜表观质量。在电解温度为65℃,电流密度235为A/m^(2),电解液循环速度为30.5 L/min,电解周期为9~10 d,极距为100 mm的条件下,当骨胶用量为62 g/(t·Cu)、硫脲用量为63 g/(t·Cu)、氯离子加入量为55 mg/L时,阴极铜表观质量达到最佳,板面呈玫红色,致密光滑。In this paper,based on the production practice of an electrolytic plant in a copper smelter in southern China,the relationship between the amount of additives and the quality of cathode copper was analyzed and discussed.The results show that the apparent quality of cathode copper can be improved by adjusting the ratio of bone glue,thiourea and chloride ion in electrolyte.Under the conditions of electrolysis temperature of 65℃,the current density of 235 A/m^(2),the electrolyte circulation speed of 30.5 L/min,the electrolysis cycle of 9-10 days,and homopolar distance of 100 mm.When the amount of bone glue is 62 g/(t·Cu),the amount of thiourea is 63 g/(t·Cu),and the amount of chloride ion is 55 mg/L,the appearance of cathode copper is the best,and the surface of the plate is dense and smooth,rose red and uniform color.
