摘　　要：对该座1050 m^(3)高炉采用空料线打水停炉法停炉进行了总结。在停炉之前,我们进行了充分的准备,并且在停炉的过程中严格监控各项参数,从而确保了煤气的完全回收,并且在整个过程中没有发生任何爆震,使得炉内的残余渣铁能够平稳且安全地排出,从而满足了安全、环保和顺利停炉的基本需求。This paper summarizes the shutdown of 1050 m^(3)blast furnace by water injection with empty charge line.Before shutting down the furnace,we made full preparation,and strictly monitored the parameters in the process of stopping the furnace,so as to ensure the complete recovery of the gas,and no knock occurred in the whole process,so that the residual slag iron in the furnace can be smoothly and safely discharged,so as to meet the basic needs of safety,environmental protection and smooth shutdown.
