摘 要:电池级碳酸锂是生产锂离子电池的重要原材料,随着新能源车的普及,碳酸锂价格飙升,因此,从含锂废渣中回收锂具有较高的经济价值。本文研究了从铝电解废渣中浸出锂并制备成电池级碳酸锂产品的工艺。研究表明,采用8 mol/L的盐酸对铝电解废渣进行浸出,锂的浸出率可达95.6%。接着对含锂溶液进行除杂、浓缩、沉淀即可得到粗制碳酸锂,最后对粗制碳酸锂进行碳化重结晶,得到了电池级碳酸锂产品。从铝电解废渣制备电池级碳酸锂产品的利润约为0.33万元/t,该工艺有望在实际生产中获得应用。Battery-grade lithium carbonate is an important raw material for producing lithium-ion batteries.With the popularization of new energy vehicles,the price of lithium carbonate has skyrocketed.Therefore,recovering lithium from lithium containing waste has high economic value.This article studies the process of leaching lithium from aluminum electrolysis waste and preparing battery grade lithium carbonate.Research has shown that using 8 mol/L hydrochloric acid to leach aluminum electrolysis waste can achieve a lithium leaching rate of 95.6%.Subsequently,impurities were removed,lithium-containing solutions were concentrated,and lithium was precipitated to obtain crude lithium carbonate.Finally,the crude lithium carbonate was carbonized and recrystallized to obtain battery grade lithium carbonate.The profit of preparing battery grade lithium carbonate products from aluminum electrolysis waste is about 3300 RMB/t,and this process is expected to be applied in practical production.
