摘 要:机械产品复杂曲面部件的数控加工离不开先进的加工中心,数控加工中心非切削移动参数的设定可以避免刀具与部件或夹具发生碰撞,设定的优劣直接影响数控加工的生产成本及工件质量。本文对封闭区域与开放区域的进退刀方式、刀具转移策略、刀具起点选择、避让设置等非切削移动参数特征进行深度解析,对关键因素提出优化设置方案,既确保加工工艺的安全性,又提升产品质量和加工效率。The numerical control machining of complex curved surface components of mechanical products is inseparable from the advanced machining center.The setting of non-cutting moving parameters of the numerical control machining center can avoid the collision between the tool and the component or fixture.The quality of parameter setting directly affects the production cost and workpiece quality of CNC machining.In this paper,the characteristics of non-cutting moving parameters such as advancing and retreating tool mode,tool transfer strategy,tool starting point selection and avoidance setting in closed and open areas are deeply analyzed,and the optimal setting scheme is proposed for the key factors,which not only ensures the safety of processing technology,but also improves product quality and processing efficiency.
