“一站式”学生社区育人模式下高校心理健康教育实践路径探究

摘　　要：高校学生社区是大学生在校期间的主要生活场所,是他们身居时间最长、心理氛围宽松、生活姿态自由、个人情绪真实的稳定场域,也是思政工作的重要阵地。在“一站式”学生社区育人模式下,高校心理健康教育需要探索新的实践路径,要融入大思政教育,配齐配强人力物力资源,开展丰富有效的心理健康活动。The college student community is the main venue for university students during their time at school.It is a stable place where they spend the most time,enjoy a relaxed psychological atmosphere,lead a free lifestyle,and express their true emotions.It also serves as a crucial front for ideological and political education.This paper explores the practical route from three perspectives:strengthening top-level design,optimizing resource allocation,and implementing education methods.It expounds specific measures and methods such as integrating mental health education into ideological and political education,allocating and strengthening human and material resources,and carrying out colorful and effective mental health activities,which expands new ideas for mental health education under the“one-stop”community model.
