武汉都市圈城市竞争力评价及时空演变分析

摘　　要：以武汉都市圈9个城市为研究对象,分别从经济实力、教育科技、基础设施、环境状况、开放程度5个方面构建指标体系,选取各城市2010年、2015年和2020年的相关数据,运用改进的熵值法确定权重,得出城市竞争力得分,并结合聚类分析对其进行综合评价和比较分析。根据研究结果将武汉都市圈9个城市分为强势、中等、弱势3个等级,研究表明:武汉作为湖北省的省会城市,经济、文化等各个方面实力较强,城市竞争力远超于其他城市,属于强势城市;黄石、鄂州、黄冈虽然不及武汉的经济发展程度,但具有文化底蕴和地理区位等优势,是发展的核心区,属于中等城市;咸宁、孝感、天门、仙桃、潜江在教育、环境、开放等方面短板明显,且天门、仙桃、潜江为省辖县级市,发展资源受到一定限制,属于弱势城市。依据竞争力各项指标评价结果,对各市未来发展提出针对性建议和对策。Taking nine cities in Wuhan metropolitan area as the research objects,the index system was constructed from five aspects:economic strength,education technology,infrastructure,environmental condition and openness degree,and the data of 2010,2015 and 2020 were selected.The original entropy method was improved,and the improved entropy method was used to calculate and determine the weight,and the urban competitiveness score was obtained.Combined with cluster analysis,9 cities in Wuhan metropolitan area are divided into three grades:strong,medium and weak,and the city competitiveness of Wuhan metropolitan area was evaluated and analyzed.The results show that Wuhan,as the capital city of Hubei Province,has strong strength in economy,culture and other aspects,and its urban competitiveness is far superior to other cities.Although Huangshi,Ezhou and Huanggang are not as developed as Wuhan,they have the advantages of cultural heritage and geographical location.They are the core areas of development and belong to medium-sized cities.Because of the distance from Wuhan,Xianning,Xiaogan,Tianmen,Xiantao,Qianjiang,especially for the county-level cities Tianmen,Xiantao,Qianjiang,the development of certain restrictions,belong to the disadvantaged cities.According to the evaluation results of competitiveness indicators,the study puts forward specific suggestions and countermeasures for the future development of each city.
