摘  要:文章运用锌电积理论对影响阴极锌直流电耗的因素进行分析,重点讨论了阳极的选择、锌新液沉降、周期清理以及电积液的温度、酸锌比、循环量等工艺控制条件对槽电压、电流效率的影响,根据分析讨论结果并结合生产实际总结提出一系列操作控制措施,达到降低阴极锌直流电耗的目的,为电积锌生产控制技术的研究与实践提供借鉴。Through the theory of zinc electrowinning,the factors affecting the DC power consumption of cathode zinc were analyzed,with a focus on the selection of anodes,settling of new zinc solution,periodic cleaning,and the influence of process control conditions such as temperature,acid zinc ratio,and circulation rate of the electrowinning solution on the tank voltage and current efficiency.Based on the analysis and discussion results and combined with production practice,a series of operational control measures are proposed to reduce the DC power consumption of cathode zinc,providing reference for the research and practice of electrowinning zinc production control technology.
