摘  要:本研究以某冶炼厂水浸分铜后产生的分铜渣为对象,探究了氯化分金过程中多个因素对分金渣中Au含量和Au浸出率的影响,包括NaClO_(3)的质量浓度、NaClO_(3)的反应温度、NaClO_(3)的添加时长、酸度、酸比(HCl∶H_(2)SO_(4))、反应固液比、反应温度、反应时间和分铜渣粒度。分铜渣粒度对Au浸出率影响较小,仅为1.99%。在最佳参数下,分金渣中Au含量下降了51.28 g/t,Au浸出率提高了4.06%。In this study,the copper slag produced by water leaching of copper in a smelter was taken as the object,and the effect of various factors on the gold(Au)content in gold separation slag and Au leaching rate during the chlorination and gold separation process were investigated,including the mass concentration of sodium chlorate(NaClO_(3)),reaction temperature of NaClO_(3),duration of NaClO_(3) addition,acidity,acid ratio(HCl∶H_(2)SO_(4)),solid-liquid ratio of reaction,reaction temperature,reaction time,and size of the copper separation slag.The size of the copper separation slag had negligible impact on the gold leaching rate,only 1.99%.Under the optimal parameters,the content of Au in gold separation slag decreased by 51.28 g/t,and the Au leaching rate increased by 4.06%.
