摘 要:对于银电解工艺中现存的电银粉质量波动问题,文章通过对银电解工艺的几项主要因素进行研究。发现在现有生产过程中,电银粉品质主要由银阳极板杂质含量决定。当阳极板中碲含量达到约0.025%,锑含量达到0.034%时,电银粉中的碲和锑含量将超过国标一号银锭标准。碲会在电解液中累计,而锑在控制好酸度时不会停留在电解液中。电解温度和电流强度对电银粉品质几乎无影响。Regarding the existing question of quality fluctuation of electrolytic silver powder in the silver electrolysis process,this article studies several main factors of silver electrolysis process.It is found that the quality of silver powder is mainly determined by the impurity content of the silver anode plate in the existing production process.When the tellurium content in the anode plate reaches 0.025% and the stibium content reaches 0.034%,the tellurium and antimony content in the silver powder will exceed the standard for IC-Ag 99.99.Tellurium will accumulate in the electrolyte,but stibium will not remain in the electrolyte when the acidity is well controlled.The electrolysis temperature and current intensity have little no effect on the quality of silver powder.
