激光熔覆Fe基非晶合金涂层的研究现状

摘  要:近年来,随着激光高速熔覆技术的发展,所制备的Fe基非晶合金表面涂层具有制作工艺简便、玻璃形成能力高等特点,且该合金涂层具有优越的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能。本文旨在研究国内外激光熔覆Fe基非晶合金涂层最新的研究进展。总结了最新的制备方法,这些新方法不仅提升了传统激光熔覆材料的性能,还改善了表面涂层产生脆性而带来的裂纹和空隙。最后做以讨论和展望,为研究Fe基非晶涂层的制备工艺以及耐腐蚀、耐磨损等性能的发展提供了研究基础。In recent years,with the development of high-speed laser cladding technology,the prepared surface coating of Fe-based amorphous alloy has the characteristics of simple production process and high glass forming ability,and the alloy coating has superior mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.This paper aims to study the latest research progress of laser-coated Fe-based amorphous alloy coating at home and abroad.The latest preparation methods are summaried.These new methods not only improve the performance of traditional laser cladding materials,but also improve the cracks and gaps caused by the brittle growth of the surface coating.Finally,the discussion and prospect provide the preparation of Fe-based amorphous coating and the development of corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
