摘  要:在锌精矿的湿法冶炼过程中,可溶性硫酸根的含量对系统平稳运行至关重要。传统的硫酸钡重量法虽然准确度高,但操作复杂、耗时长,不利于快速反馈至生产过程。离子色谱法以其快速、灵敏、选择性好等优点,逐渐成为分析可溶性硫酸根的有力工具。本研究旨在探索离子色谱法在锌精矿焙砂中测定可溶性硫酸根的可行性,并优化样品前处理和仪器参数,以期达到快速、准确的分析效果。In the wet smelting process of zinc concentrate,the content of soluble sulfate is critical to the smooth operation of the system.The traditional barium sulfate gravimetric method,although highly accurate,is complicated and time-consuming to operate,which is not conducive to rapid feedback to the production process.Ion chromatography has gradually become a powerful tool for analyzing soluble sulfate with its advantages of rapidity,sensitivity and good selectivity.The aim of this study was to explore the feasibility of ion chromatography for the determination of soluble sulfate in zinc concentrate roasted sand,and to optimize the sample pretreatment and instrumental parameters,with a view to achieving rapid and accurate analysis.
