数字普惠金融与经济均衡发展——来自长三角县域夜间灯光的证据

摘　　要：采用夜间灯光数据测算基尼系数反映长三角地区231个区县的经济平衡发展水平,并实证检验数字普惠金融促进区县经济平衡发展的作用与影响机制。结果表明:数字普惠金融能够显著促进长三角地区区县经济平衡发展;机制分析表明,创新驱动和产业结构转型是数字普惠金融促进经济平衡发展的两大重要途径。进一步基于高德地图POI兴趣点的数据分析发现,数字普惠金融能够促使长三角部分业态向落后地区迁移,从而弥合地区差距,促进县域平衡发展。This paper uses night light data to measure Gini coefficient to reflect the level of balanced economic development of 231 counties in the Yangtze River Delta,and empirically tests the effects and mechanisms of digital inclusive finance in promoting balanced economic development of counties.The results show that digital inclusive finance can significantly promote the balanced development of county economy in the Yangtze River Delta.Mechanism analysis shows that innovation and industrial structure transformation are two important drivers for digital inclusive finance to promote balan2ced economic development.Further,based on the data of points of interest(POI),it is found that digital inclusive finance can promote the migration of some business to backward areas,thus narrowing the regional gap and promoting balanced development.
