摘  要:尿素装置一段真空压力是蒸发系统重要的控制参数,运行过程中一段真空经常有突涨现象出现,导致蒸发系统波动。针对低压蒸汽带水、压力控制阀管线局部堵塞、真空系统不凝气排放不畅、“U”型管旋塞阀内衬套变形等引起一段真空压力突涨的原因,提出了相应处理对策,从而保证蒸发系统稳定运行。The primary vacuum pressure is an important control parameter of vaporizing system in urea plant.During the operation the sudden rise of primary vacuum often occurs,leading to the fluctuation in vaporizing system.In response to the reasons that lead to the sudden rise of primary vacuum pressure,e.g.water entrained in low pressure steam,partial blockage of pressure control valve line,unsmooth discharge of non-condensed gas in the vacuum system and the deformation of U type pipe in the plug valve bush,the pertinent treatment measures were presented to guarantee the stable operation of the vaporizing system.
