摘　　要：介绍KC系列预硫化耐硫变换催化剂在煤化工装置扩能改造项目中的应用情况。结果表明,该系列催化剂适用于轴径向变换炉串联等温变换炉的变换工艺,可大大节省开工时间,改造完成后催化剂床层阻力降和变换率均得到较大改善,吨氨煤耗明显降低,氨产量显著提升。This paper introduced the application of KC series presulfurization sulfur tolerant shift catalyst in the capacity expansion and technical transformation project.The results showed that this series of catalysts were suitable for the shift process of axial radial reactor in series with an isothermal furnace reactor,its start-up time could be greatly shortened.After the technical transformation,the pressure drop of the catalyst bed and the conversion rate of the catalyst were greatly improved.The energy consumption per ton of ammonia was significantly decreased,the production of synthetic ammonia was greatly increased as well.
