摘　　要：肺动脉高压(PH)是一种进行性的肺血管疾病,可导致右心衰竭及死亡。近年来,PH发病率逐年上升且缺乏有效治疗手段。中医辨治PH疗效显著,可发挥重要的协同作用。肺血管重塑是PH的核心病理特征,其与络脉的生理结构及病理变化关系密切。本文基于络病理论阐述PH中西医关键病机肺心脉络病变、肺血管重塑,分析PH中“脉络-血管”的生理,梳理其病理相关性,探讨中医靶向肺血管重塑辨治PH,从而为PH的临床治疗提供新思路。Pulmonary hypertension(PH)is a progressive pulmonary vascular disease that can lead to right heart failure and death.In recent years,the incidence of PH has been increasing year by year and there is a lack of effective treatment.TCM can play an important synergistic role in the treatment of PH.Pulmonary vascular remodeling is a core pathological feature of PH,which is closely related to the physiological structure and pathological changes of the collaterals.Based on the collateral disease theory,this article described the key pathogenesis of PH in TCM and Western medicine,including the lesions of the pulmonary and cardiovascular complexes and pulmonary vascular remodeling,analyzed the physiology of the“collateral-vessel”in PH,sorting out the pathological correlation,and explored TCM targeting pulmonary vascular remodeling in the identification and treatment of PH,so as to provide a new way of thinking for the clinical treatment of PH.
