托法替布治疗炎症性浅表播散型汗孔角化症一例

摘　　要：患者,男,66岁。皮肤多发丘疹、斑疹3年,加重伴剧烈瘙痒2个月余。临床结合组织病理诊断为炎症性浅表播散型汗孔角化症。常规治疗效果欠佳,给予患者口服托法替布5 mg每日2次,治疗1个月后,皮疹大部分消退,瘙痒缓解。A 66-year-old male presented with multiple papules and maculae for 3 years,aggravated with severe pruritus for more than 2 months.The diagnosis of inflammatory disseminated superficial porokeratosis was made according the features of manifestation and biosy.The conventional therapy was ineffective,and then,the patient was given tofacitinib 5 mg orally twice a day.After the treatment of one month,most of the the rash subsided,and the itching was relieved.
