舟山嵊泗海域东海原甲藻和中肋骨条藻与环境因子相关性分析

摘　　要：东海原甲藻与中肋骨条藻是东海长江口海域常见赤潮藻类,2020—2022年以舟山嵊泗海域为调查对象,研究了该片海域东海原甲藻和中肋骨条藻时空分布特征,以及与水环境因子(pH、盐度、水温、溶解氧、叶绿素a、浑浊度、活性磷酸盐、活性硅酸盐、亚硝酸盐、硝酸盐、氨氮)的相关性。分析结果表明,海原甲藻和中肋骨条藻在2020年月均密度最高;中肋骨条藻主要集中于S5号站位,密度远高于其他采样点。经过主成分分析,除5月份以外,2022年样品表现为盐度越大叶绿素a浓度越低;相关性分析时结果表明东海原甲藻与硝酸盐—氮呈正相关关系;中肋骨条藻与亚硝酸盐—氮、氨—氮、叶绿素a、水温、pH呈较强正相关关系。Prorocentrum donghaiense and Skeletonema costatum are common red tide algae species in the East China Sea,specifically in the Yangtze River estuary area.From 2020 to 2022,the study focusing on the Shengsi Sea area in Zhoushan investigated the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of these two algae species,as well as their correlation with water environmental factors such as pH,salinity,water temperature,dissolved oxygen,chlorophyll-a,turbidity,PO_(4)^(3–)-P,SiO_(3)^(2–)-Si,NO_(2)^(–)-N,NO_(3)^(–)-N,and NH_(4)^(+)-N.The analysis results indicated that both P.donghaiense and S.costatum had the highest monthly mean densities in 2020.S.costatum was predominantly found at station S5,with significantly higher densities compared to other sampling points.Principal component analysis revealed a negative correlation between salinity and chlorophylla concentration in the samples collected in 2022,except for May.Furthermore,the correlation analysis showed a positive correlation between P.donghaiense and NO_(3)^(–)-N,while S.costatum exhibited a strong positive correlation with NO_(2)^(–)-N,NH_(4)^(+)-N,chlorophyll-a,water temperature,and pH.
