摘 要:利用2022年在浙江近海采集的123尾曼氏无针乌贼样品,分析了其全长(X1)、胴长(X2)、胴宽(X3)、头长(X4)、眼间距(X5)、触腕长(X6)和触穗长(X7)等形态性状指标对体质量(Y)的影响,采用了相关性分析和通径分析方法,探究了浙江近海曼氏无针乌贼形态对体质量的影响。结果表明,头长和触腕长对体质量相关系数达到显著水平(P<0.05),其余形态性状间相关性均达到极显著水平(P<0.01),其中胴长与体质量的相关系数最大(0.894),触腕长与体质量的相关系数最小(0.179);通径分析结果发现,胴长、胴宽和触穗长对体质量的通径系数均达到极显著水平,其中胴长对体质量的通径系数最大(0.76),仅胴长的通径系数大于间接通径系数(0.135);决定系数分析结果发现,胴长、胴宽和触穗长对体质量的共同决定系数之和大于0.85(R2=0.881);通过逐步线性回归法建立多元回归方程为Y=-198.753+2.459X2+1.247X3+0.338X7。该研究结果丰富了曼氏无针乌贼的资源生物学研究,为其种质保护和资源养护提供参考依据。In this study,123 Sepiella maindroni samples collected in the coastal waters of Zhejiang province in 2022 were used to analyze the effects of morphological characteristics on body weight(Y),such as total length(X1),mantle length(X2),mantle width(X3),head length(X4),interorbital distance(X5),tentacular arm length(X6)and spike length(X7).Correlation analysis and path analysis were used to explore the influence of morphology on body weight of S.maindroni near Heimannii in Zhejiang province.Eight characteristics,includingand body weight(Y),The results showed that the correlation coefficients of head length and tentacular arm length with body weight were significant(P<0.05),and the correlations between other morphological traits were extremely significant(P<0.01),the correlation coefficient between mantle length and body weight was the highest(0.894),and the correlation coefficient between tentacular arm length and body weight was the lowest(0.179).The results of path analysis showed that the path coefficients of mantle length,mantle width and spike length to body weight reached a significant level,the ratio of mantle length to body weight was the highest(0.76),and only the ratio of mantle length to indirect diameter was higher(0.135).The results of determination coefficient analysis showed that the sum of the common determination coefficients of mantle length,mantle width and spike length to body weight was greater than 0.85(R2=0.881).The multiple regression equation established by stepwise linear regression was Y=-198.753+2.459X2+1.247X3+0.338X7.Our results could provide reference for enriching the resource biology research and germplasm conservation of cuttlefish S.maindroni offshore Zhejiang province.
