摘 要:基于我国沿海10个货物吞吐量较大的海港2012—2021年的截面数据与面板数据,使用DEA(data envelopment analysis)法,结合非径向方向距离函数,运行模型得到10个港口的静态物流效率和具体排名。运用全要素生产率ML(malmquist-luenberger)指数方法对面板数据进行分析,将影响物流效率的因素分解,具体分析港口物流效率分解后的动态变化。分析结果显示:10个港口的物流效率在时间周期内波动,但港口间物流效率差距巨大。其中,日照港、湛江港等港口物流效率一直维持较高的水平;上海港、宁波—舟山港、广州港等港口物流效率呈持续上升趋势;烟台港物流效率呈持续下降趋势;大连港的物流效率则一直维持低位运行。10个港口的平均全要素生产率有所提升,技术效率略微降低,技术进步有所提高。Based on the cross-sectional data and panel data of 10 seaports with large cargo throughput along the coast of China from 2012-2021,the static logistics efficiency and specific ranking of the 10 ports are obtained by running the model using the DEA(data envelopment analysis)method,combined with the non-radial directional distance function.The total factor productivity ML(malmquist-luenberger)index method is used to analyze the panel data,decompose the factors affecting logistics efficiency,and specifically analyze the dynamic changes of port logistics efficiency after decomposition.The analysis results show that the logistics efficiency of the 10 ports fluctuates within the time cycle,but there is a huge gap between the logistics efficiency of the ports,among which the logistics efficiency of Rizhao Port and Zhanjiang Port has been maintained at a high level;the logistics efficiency of Shanghai Port,Ningbo-Zhoushan Port and Guangzhou Port has been on a continuous upward trend;the logistics efficiency of Yantai Port has been on a continuous downward trend;and the logistics efficiency of Dalian Port has been maintained at a low level.10 ports the average total factor productivity of the ports has increased,technical efficiency has slightly decreased,and technical progress has improved.
