摘  要:传统的钢管混凝土柱-混凝土梁连接节点一般采用环梁节点,针对有多梁交汇且带有混凝土悬挑梁的环梁节点,施工难度较大,尤其是钢筋连接节点成为钢管混凝土柱-混凝土梁混合结构施工难点。结合近年来采用钢-混凝土混合结构的项目经验,提出了新型钢管混凝土柱-混凝土梁钢筋连接器节点。详细介绍了钢筋连接器节点的构造、特点及有限元建模过程,采用有限元分析的方法,通过三组模型研究了钢筋连接器边界条件对结果的影响,结果表明,端部固定约束时钢筋连接器应力结果相对其余两种略大。此外,还进行了钢筋布置形式的影响分析,着重介绍了不同梁宽下钢筋连接器的布置形式和尺寸对节点受力性能的影响,结果表明,钢筋连接位置对钢筋连接器应力有直接的影响,但均匀的钢筋布置时钢筋连接器受力合理。最后列举了钢筋连接器的几种加强措施,其中采取20mm倒圆角的方式能有效削弱端板与中肋、边肋连接处的应力集中。The traditional concrete⁃filled steel tube column⁃concrete beam generally uses ring beam connection joints,in response to the ring beam joints with not only multiple beam intersections but also concrete overhanging beams,the construction is difficult,and the connection joint of concrete⁃filled steel tube column⁃concrete beam hybrid structure becomes the construction difficulty.Combining with the project experience of adopting steel⁃concrete hybrid structure in recent years,the new circular concrete⁃filled steel tube column⁃concrete beam reinforcement connector joint was proposed.The structure,characteristics and finite element modeling process of reinforcement connector joints were introduced in detail,and the influence of the boundary conditions of reinforcement connectors on the results was investigated by three sets of models using the finite element analysis method.The results show that,the stress of the reinforcement connectors with end⁃fixed restraints are slightly larger than the remaining two.In addition,an analysis of the influence of the forms of arrangement of rebar was carried out,highlighting the influence of the arrangement form and size of reinforcement connectors on the stress performance of joint with different beam widths was emphatically introduced.The results show that the locations of rebar connection have a direct effect on the stresses of reinforcement connectors,and reinforcement connectors with uniform rebar arrangement are subjected to uniform and reasonable forces.Finally,several strengthening measures for reinforcement connectors were listed,and that adopting 20mm chamfer can effectively reduce the stress concentration at the joint where end plate connects with center rib and edge rib.
