摘 要:文章旨在探讨我国事业单位文书档案管理现状及改革方向。通过分析传统管理模式的不足,提出信息化管理的必要性和重要性。研究表明,需加快信息化建设步伐,制定统一标准,促进信息共享,简化审批程序,加强安全监督,提升工作效率。同时,加大经费支持,推动文书档案管理现代化发展。最终结论指出,这些措施有助于提高管理水平,推动服务能力提升,促进工作效率和安全性的提升。未来,应不断探索创新,完善管理机制,推动文书档案管理向更高效、便捷、安全的方向发展,以适应信息技术发展的挑战和机遇。This article aims to explore the current situation and reform direction of documents and archives management in public institutions of our country.By analyzing the shortcomings of traditional management modes,the necessity and importance of informatization management are proposed.Research has shown that is necessary to accelerate the pace of informatization construction,establish the unified standards,promote information sharing,simplify approval procedures,strengthen security supervision,and improve the work efficiency.At the same time,increase funding support and promote the modernization of documents and archives management.The final conclusion points out that these measures help to improve management level,promote service capability improvement,and improvement of work efficiency and security.In the future,we should continuously explore and innovate,improve the management mechanisms,and promote the development of documents and archives management in a more efficient,convenient,and secure direction to adapt to the challenges and opportunities of information technology development.
