高校办公自动化课程教学改革的思考

摘　　要：办公自动化课程是高校教育公共课,也是提高高校学生办公能力、加强学生实际办公水平的有效课程。办公自动化课程可有效帮助高校学生快速融入办公环境,掌握办公软、硬件操作,加强学生的适应性,对提升就业能力、就业质量具有重要意义。当前,高校办公自动化课程教学还存在教材内容简单化和教学理论化的实际情况,在一定程度上影响高校办公自动化课程教学质量,需进一步加强课程教学改革工作,从教材、教学、就业等多角度,不断提升课程教学改革的质量。Office automation course is a public course of college education,and also an effective course to improve the college students'office ability and strengthen the students'actual office level.Office automation courses can effectively help the college students to integrate quickly into the office environment,master the office hardware and software operation,and strengthen the adaptability of students,which is of great significance to improve the employment ability and employment quality.Current college office automation course teaching and teaching content simplification and the actual situation of theory,to a certain extent,affect the quality of office automation courses in colleges and universities,need to further strengthen the curriculum teaching reform work,from the teaching material,teaching,employment and other angles to improve the quality of curriculum teaching reform.
