摘  要:纤维增强热塑性树脂基复合材料具有比强度比模量高、结构可设计等优点,广泛应用于汽车、航空航天等领域。本文综述了国内外纤维增强热塑性复合材料固相复合成型工艺的研究现状,分析了不同固相复合成型工艺的成型过程与原理,总结了所制备复合材料的微观结构、力学性能等特点,阐述了此类工艺存在的问题和挑战,并对固相复合工艺的研究方向和发展趋势进行了展望。Fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites are widely used in automotive,aerospace and other fields due to high specific strength/modulus and designable structure.This paper presents a literature review on the recent research and development of solid phase blended molding technology.The process and principle of different solid phase blended molding technologies were analyzed.The microstructure and mechanical properties by different molding methods were summarized.The problems and challenges of solid phase blended molding technology were also discussed.Finally,the research direction of solid phase blended molding technology was prospected,hopefully to provide a fresh insight into the development of related theoretical research,process design,and industrial application.
