摘 要:为了研究冲击微动磨损对蒸汽发生器换热管的影响,在200,250,285℃温度下开展了Inconel 690TT管与SUS405支撑的冲击微动磨损试验研究,通过扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪手段对磨损特征开展系统分析。结果表明,250℃和285℃温度下的磨损量相近,明显大于200℃下的试验结果。对磨损表面的分析发现,温度的升高会导致表面产生更为显著的剥层现象和表面硬度降低,进而导致磨损体积的增加。从能谱仪分析结果来看,在250℃和285℃下,氧化变得严重,但从C和Fe的含量来看,质量转移并不严重,但随温度上升质量转移略有上升。这说明冲击磨损主要的磨损机制是剥层,粘着磨损随着温度升高有上升趋势。冲击微动磨损机理研究结果对蒸汽发生器后续研究、设计和维护具有重要意义。In order to study the effect of impact micromotional wear of heat exchanger tubes in steam generators,the impact micromotional wear of Inconel 690TT tubes with SUS405 supports was experimentally studied at temperatures of 200,250,285℃,and the wear characteristics were systematically analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrometry.The results show that the wear amounts at 250℃and 285℃are similar and significantly larger than the test results at 200℃.Through the analysis of the worn surface,it is found that an increase in temperature leads to a more significant delamination and a decrease in the surface hardness in turn leads to an increase in wear volume.From the results of the spectrometer analyses,the oxidation becomes severe at 250℃and 285℃,but the mass transfer is not severe in terms of C and Fe content.However,the mass transfer increases slightly with increasing temperature.This indicates that the main wear mechanism of impact wear is delamination,and adhesive wear shows a rising trend with increasing temperature.The research results of the impact micromotion wear mechanism are of great significance for the subsequent research,design and maintenance of steam generators.
