摘 要:甲基环己烷-甲苯是最具发展前景的有机物储氢技术之一,有望助力解决氢气储运难题。对未来甲基环己烷-甲苯储氢可能的5种应用场景进行了分析,包括国际氢供应链与氢气贸易,西氢东送,深远海海上风电制氢的大规模海上氢气储运,可再生能源大规模氢储能中,小型橇装化分布式储氢与供氢等。分析认为:在国际氢供应链场景中,氢储运可以利用已有的油品基础设施、油品的运输船、装卸货码头、储罐、管道、槽车等,降低投资和氢气成本;在西氢东送场景中,通过油管道构建三北地区可再生能源大规模向东南沿海消费市场输送的新通道;在深远海大规模风电制氢及氢气储运场景中,借助已有的海上油气设施,探索海上风电基地离网制氢与氢气大宗海上储运,实现深远海海上能源的非电储运与消纳;在可再生能源大规模氢储能中,借助有机物储氢常温常压常规低价储存的优势,形成制氢-储存-消纳融合的氢储能新模式;在小型橇装化分布式储氢与供氢场景中,通过小型橇装储氢和脱氢装置,贴近氢源端灵活储氢、贴近用户端便捷脱氢,构建融合利用已有油品基础设施的新业态。Methylcyclohexane to toluene is one of the most promising organic hydrogen storage technologies,which is expected to be an effective solution to the problem of hydrogen storage and transportation.The paper analyzes such five possible application scenarios of methylcyclohexane to toluene hydrogen storage in the future as international hydrogen supply chain and hydrogen trade,transmission of hydrogen from the west to the east,large-scale offshore hydrogen storage and transportation for hydrogen production by offshore wind power,the large-scale hydrogen storage of renewable energy,and small-scale skid-mounted distributed hydrogen storage and supply.In the scenario of international hydrogen supply chain,it can make full use of the existing oil infrastructure,oil carriers,loading and unloading terminals,storage tanks,pipelines,and tank cars to reduce investment and hydrogen costs.In the scenario of transporting hydrogen from the west to the east,a new channel for large-scale transportation of renewable energy in the Three-North Region to the southeast coastal consumer market would be constructed through oil pipelines.In the scene of large-scale offshore hydrogen storage and transportation for hydrogen production by offshore wind power,the off-grid hydrogen production and large-scale offshore hydrogen storage and transportation of offshore wind power base are explored to realize nonelectric storage and transportation and consumption of offshore energy in the deep sea with the help of existing offshore oil and gas facilities.In the large-scale hydrogen storage of renewable energy,a new hydrogen storage mode of hydrogen production-storage-consumption integration is formed by taking advantage of the conventional low-cost storage of organic hydrogen at normal temperature and pressure.In the small skid-mounted distributed hydrogen storage and supply scenario,a small skid-mounted hydrogen storage and dehydrogenation device is used to store hydrogen flexibly close to the hydrogen source and dehydrogenate conveniently close to
