摘  要:汽车玻璃油墨是印刷在汽车挡风玻璃表面或边缘位置的玻璃浆料,具有遮蔽导电银浆、提高汽车外观装饰效果、避免出现挡风玻璃黏结等作用,是汽车玻璃使用重点研究内容。为了提高新能源汽车玻璃使用效果,通过对新能源汽车及其玻璃油墨的研究,研发制造更加理想的耐酸碱性能油墨,研究介绍了耐酸碱新能源汽车玻璃油墨制备方法,对其性能进行分析,以此更好的促进新能源汽车的发展。Automotive glass ink is the glass paste printed on the surface or edge of the automotive windshield,which has the functions of covering conductive silver paste,improving the decorative effect of the automotive appearance,avoiding the windshield adhesion,etc.,and is the key research content of the use of automotive glass.In order to improve the use effect of new energy vehicle glass,a more ideal acid-alkaline resistant ink is researched and developed based on the study of new energy vehicles and their glass inks.The preparation methods of acid-alkali resistant ink for new energy vehicle glass were researched and introduced and its performance were analyzed in order to better promote the development of new energy vehicles.
