摘　　要：锡槽为浮法玻璃成形重要设备,玻璃液在自身重力及表面张力的作用下,在锡槽内熔融锡液面上进行摊开、抛光、均匀降温,在拉边机的作用下,进行拉薄或积厚形成一定厚度的玻璃带。浮法玻璃在成形的过程中也会产生一些缺陷,主要产生的部位是流道和流槽(玻璃液与耐火材料接触的部位)、锡槽顶部、锡槽槽底砖、锡槽出口等位置。通过具体阐述玻璃板在锡槽内成形过程中产生的缺陷种类以及产生的原因,提出相应的处理措施进行分析论述,减小成形缺陷对生产的影响,提高产量和质量。Tin bath is an important equipment for float glass forming.Under the action of its own gravity and surface tension,the glass-melt is spread,polished and evenly cooled on the molten tin liquid surface in the tin bath.With the acting force of the edge drawing machine,the glass ribbon is drawn or accumulated to form a certain thickness.In the forming process of float glass,some defects will also occur in the float glass,the main locations which defects occur are the spout and trough(contact part of glass melt and refractory),the bath roof,the bath bottom,tin bath outlet and other positions.The types and causes of defects in the forming process of glass plate in tin bath are described in detail,and the corresponding treatment measures are analyzed and discussed,so as to reduce the influence of forming defects on production and improve output and quality.
