摘 要:文章对城市供水水质监测所依据的新标准及检验方法热点敏感问题进行深入解读,给出了指标正确表达格式,提供各类别水质检测项目与频率、水源水监测要求等范本。并对实施标准以满足评审准则的方法验证中重要特性指标进行了诠释,强调以独立制备验证样品取得有代表性试验结果作为客观证据,改变以简单重复进样验证手段。质量控制在以盲样考核或自我比对为主流情况下,提出动态质量控制思路,并将验证统计结果作为质量控制评判最佳依据,对检验检测报告典型问题提出改进建议。方法验证必须满足统计学要求,质量控制应与样品检测同步,发现误差和问题,进行原因分析和纠正。This paper provides in-depth interpretation for the key sensitive issues during the implementation of the new standards and testing methods for urban drinking water quality monitoring.Guidance is given on the correct format for expressing indices,and templates are provided for the categories,frequency,and requirements of water quality testing,including source water monitoring.Important characteristic indices in method validation are explained,emphasizing the need for representative experimental results from independently prepared validation samples as objective evidence,moving away from simple repeated sample injection as a means of verification.In the context where quality control predominantly relies on blind sample tests or self-comparison,a correct approach is proposed,with statistical validation results serving as the optimal basis for quality control assessment.Suggestions are put forward to improving typical problems in inspection and testing reports are put forward.It is argued that method validation must meet statistical requirements,and quality control must be synchronized with sample testing,errors and problems should be found,cause analysis and corrective actions are implemented.
