摘 要:采用吹扫捕集进样,建立了一种可以快速、高效测定地表水中氯丁二烯、异丙苯及四氯苯浓度的气相色谱质谱方法。通过对吹扫捕集进样的吹扫时间与温度等条件进行优化,确定最佳吹扫时间与温度,提高了方法的准确度和回收率。采用程序升温,并优化升温速率,大大降低氯丁二烯等化合物的检测时间。结果表明:在优化的试验条件下,氯丁二烯、异丙苯、四氯苯的分离效果良好,质量浓度在0.25~4.00μg/L,标准曲线线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9990~0.9999,方法检出限为0.003~0.006μg/L。该方法操作简便、高效,准确度、精密度高,适用于地表水中氯丁二烯、异丙苯、四氯苯的快速分析。通过对上海市4个水源水水样检测,氯丁二烯、异丙苯、四氯苯均低于该方法检出限。结果表明,上海市水源水中氯丁二烯以及文中研究的化合物存在的风险较低。A fast high performance determination of chloroprene,isopropylbenzene,tetrachlorobenzene in surface water were determined by purge and trap-GC/MS.The extraction parameters,such as purge and trap time and programmed temperature were optimized,and determined the best purge time and temperature to improve the relative standard deviations and recoveries of this method.Under the optimized conditions,the results showed that chloroprene and three other compounds were separated from each other,and the liner range was from 0.25 to 4.00μg/L,and the correlation coefficients of linear equations were from 0.9990 to 0.9999.The detection limits of the method for three compounds were in the ranges of 0.003~0.006μg/L.The method was simple,efficient,accurate and precise which was suitable for rapid analysis of three compounds in surface water.Through the testing of water samples from four sources in Shanghai,none of the three compounds were detected.The results showed that the three compounds studied in the paper,such as chloroprene,in the surface water of Shanghai were at low risk.
