摘  要:掌握数字减影血管造影(DSA)设备结构和工作原理是医学工程师开展日常维护维修管理的重要前提。通过分析X射线源、机械驱动、主机控制和图像输出等DSA设备的结构组成和部件功能,依据朗伯比尔定律阐述减影成像的工作过程,总结DSA图像质量的影响因素。同时,以Allura XPer FD20型DSA设备为例,对临床使用发生的检查床、机架和温度控制故障案例进行分析,对设备硬件结构和电路模块分别进行故障排查和处理,及时解决设备故障报警信息,以保障设备运行质量,提高故障维修效率。Mastering the structure,composition and working principle of digital subtraction angiography(DSA)equipment is an important prerequisite for medical engineers to carry out daily maintenance and repair management.By analyzing the structural composition and functional components of DSA from the aspects of X-ray source,mechanical drive,host control and image output,the working process of subtraction imaging was described according to Beer–Lambert law,and the influencing factors of DSA image quality were summarized.At the same time,taking the Allura XPer FD20 DSA equipment as an example,the failure cases of examination bed,rack and temperature control that occurred in clinical use were analyzed,and the fault investigation and processing were carried out from the hardware structure and circuit module of the equipment,and the equipment fault alarm information was solved in time to ensure the operation quality of the equipment and improve the efficiency of fault maintenance.
