摘  要:紧紧围绕常规公交服务质量,从居民出行的角度建立一套公交服务质量指标体系,从而综合反映公交服务水平。具体从乘客的体验,对步行、候车、乘车、换乘四个环节的公交服务水平进行量化,把握各环节公交服务水平及服务短板,为公交由“规模增长”向“品质提升”的转型提供依据,从而为后续公交的线网优化、服务质量的提升提供依据。Establish a set of quality indicators for public transportation services from the perspective of resident travel,closely focusing on the quality of conventional public transportation services,in order to comprehensively reflect the level of public transportation services.Specifically,based on the passenger experience,quantify the level of public transportation services in the four stages of walking,waiting,boarding,and transferring,grasp the level of public transportation services and service shortcomings in each stage,provide a basis for the transformation of public transportation from"scale growth"to"quality improvement",and thus provide a basis for the optimization of the subsequent public transportation network and the improvement of service quality.
