面向高铁游客的公交设施和服务品质提升研究——以南京市和扬州市为例

摘　　要：选取江苏省“国家公交都市建设示范城市”南京市及扬州市,分析面向高铁游客的公交设施发展现状、成就与问题,结合不同区位景区及不同场景下游客出行需求与特征,总结面向高铁游客的公共交通发展策略及建议,包括发挥轨道交通“优势”、实现公交快线“快进”、推动公交多网“融合”、构建内部公交“慢游”、提升公交服务“品质”等,从而提升游客公共交通出行体验,为公交都市特色创建提供借鉴和参考。Selecting Nanjing and Yangzhou,the"National Demonstration Cities for Public Transport Urban Construction"in Jiangsu Province,as case studies.This study analyzed the current situation,achievements,and problems of public transportation development for high-speed railway Tourists.This study systematically analyzed the demand and characteristics of tourists.Based on the above analysis,suggestions for the future development of tourism public transportation were proposed,including leveraging the advantages of rail transit,achieving rapid transit of public transportation lines,promoting the integration of multiple networks,constructing internal slow travel of public transportation,improving the quality of public transportation services,etc.,The research results contributed to enhance the travel experience of tourists in public transportation,and provide reference and inspiration for the creation of distinctive features in public transportation cities.
