摘　　要：Ⅱ型小城市在我国城镇化进程中发挥着重要的生力军和基础性作用,同时也面临着人口规模小、财政紧约和基础设施不完善等多重挑战,公共交通发展举步维艰。在资金受限条件下,探讨Ⅱ型小城市如何制定有效的公交都市建设策略,以实现可持续发展和提高市民出行品质。通过对Ⅱ型小城市公交都市建设现状和面临的挑战进行分析,提出了一系列切实可行的策略,包括以运营为导向优化资源配置、引入多元化的融资渠道以及动态评估响应和公众参与等。研究结果旨在为决策者提供理论依据和实践指导,促进Ⅱ型小城市公交系统的优化升级。Type II small cities play an important and fundamental role in China's urbanization process,but also face multiple challenges such as small population size,tight finance,and inadequate infrastructure,making public transportation development difficult.This article aims to explore how to develop effective strategies for the construction of public transportation cities in Type II small cities under financial constraints,in order to achieve sustainable development and improve the quality of citizen travel.By analyzing the current situation and challenges faced by the construction of type II small city public transportation cities,this article proposes a series of practical and feasible strategies,including operation oriented optimization of resource allocation,introduction of diversified financing channels,as well as dynamic evaluation response and public participation.The research results aim to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for decision-makers,and promote the optimization and upgrading of public transportation systems in type II small cities.
