摘  要:为加强对港外集装箱场站用地规划指导,对港外集装箱场站用地指标和布局模式进行研究。分析了港外场站模式下集装箱运转流程及场站土地使用特征,发现港区大门3 km范围内场站用地指标较低,且随着场站与港区大门距离的增加用地指标呈上升趋势。根据不同类型场站土地使用特征提出了场站用地布局模式和规划布局原则,考虑未来集装箱运输发展的不确定性提出了港外集装箱场站最大用地规模计算公式,通过土地规划的控制预留实现港城协调发展。结合青岛港前湾港区进行实例分析,在采取“集中场站布局、强化用地管控、适当客货分离”的优化措施后,可提升土地使用效率,降低港外堆场整体用地规模,进而释放土地资源。In order to guide the land planning for container station outside the port,the land-use index and layout mode of the container station outside the port was studied.The container operation process and the land use characteristics of container station outside the port was analyzed,and found that the land-use index of the station within 3 kilometers of the gate of the port is low,and with the increase of the distance between the station and the gate of the port,the land use index shows an upward trend.According to the land use characteristics of different types of stations,the land layout mode and planning principles of station are proposed.A formula for calculating the maximum land use scale of container station outside the port was put forward which considering the uncertainty of the development of container transportation in the future.The coordinated development of port and city could be realized through the control and reservation of land planning.Based on the case analysis of Qingdao Port Qianwan Port,after adopting the optimization measures including centralized station layout,strengthened land use control,and appropriate passenger and cargo separation,the land use efficiency can be improved,and the land use scale of the container station outside port,can be reduced,thereby releasing land resources.
