城市轨道交通线路纳入新一轮建设规划论证——以广州市10号线东延段为例

摘　　要：以广州市城市轨道交通规划10号线东延段为例,在现状与规划分析相结合的基础上,分析线路及沿线周边概况等方案背景;从满足出行需求、完善线网结构、支撑城市规划三个宏观方面,进行10号线东延段纳入新一轮建设规划的必要性和紧迫性分析论证;针对线路实际的沿线土地利用规划和客流需求,开展线站位方案比选,优化车辆基地选址,定量分析线路建设对于既有线路的客流影响以及线路指标与国家政策的符合性。规划广州市10号线东延段从宏观与微观的角度系统性论证了轨道交通线路建设方案,为后续规划轨道交通线路纳入新一轮建设规划提供借鉴指导。Taking the East Extension Section of Guangzhou Urban Rail Transit Line 10 as an example,firstly,based on the combination of the current situation and planning analysis,the paper analyzes the background of the plan,such as the general situation of the line and the surrounding areas along the line.Secondly,the necessity and urgency of incorporating the East Extension of Line 10 into the new round of construction planning will be analyzed and demonstrated from three macro perspectives:meeting travel needs,improving the network structure,and supporting urban planning.Finally,a comparison and selection of line station plans will be carried out based on the actual land use planning and passenger flow needs along the line,vehicle base selection will be optimized,and the impact of line construction on the passenger flow of existing lines will be quantitatively analyzed,as well as the compliance of line indicators with national policies.Systematically demonstrating the construction plan of rail transit lines from both macro and micro perspectives,providing reference and guidance for the subsequent planning of rail transit lines to be included in the new round of construction planning.
