摘  要:新能源缺乏对电网的电压主动支撑或支撑能力不足,可能严重影响电网电压稳定性。综合考虑了新能源场站和电网侧系统参数与运行条件的影响,提出了一种基于灰色白化权函数聚类的电压支撑能力量化评价方法。首先,分别从新能源场站和电网的角度建立了全面的新能源电压支撑能力评估指标体系。其次,基于组合赋权法获得到各评估指标的综合权重。然后,提出了一种改进的正弦白化权函数,实现对新能源电压主动支撑能力的量化评价。最后,对某省10个风电场站的真实运行数据进行算例分析,结果表明该评估方法能够准确评价其电压支撑能力。The lack of active voltage support or insufficient support capacity of new energy on the grid may seriously affect the grid voltage stability.Considering the influence of system parameters and operating conditions of new energy stations and power grids,a quantitative evaluation method of voltage support capability based on gray whitening weight function clustering is proposed.Firstly,a comprehensive new energy voltage support capability evaluation index system is established from the perspective of new energy plants and power grids.Secondly,the comprehensive weights of each evaluation index are obtained based on the combination weighting method.Then,an improved sinusoidal whitening weight function is proposed,the active support ability of new energy voltage is quantitatively evaluated.Finally,the real operation data of 10 wind farm stations in a province are analyzed,and the results show that the proposed method can accurately evaluate the voltage support capability.
