摘　　要：国产数控功能部件相对主机来说,发展滞后。数控机床国产功能部件的研发、优化设计选型及应用是国产数控机床配套功能部件实现国产化的重要支撑。做好功能部件国产化是提升国产重大装备技术水平、满足国内需要,以及改变依赖进口、受制于人局面的重要一步,对我国高端装备制造业数控机床水平的提升及“中国制造2025”目标的实现具有重大战略意义。基于此,本文从国产功能部件的机遇与挑战入手,以主轴和转台为例,分析现有功能部件的现状,对国产功能部件未来的发展之路进行趋势判断,对功能部件的发展具有一定的参考价值。Compared to the host,the development of domestically produced CNC functional components lags behind.The research and development,optimization design,selection,and application of domestically produced functional components for CNC machine tools are important supports for the localization of domestically produced supporting functional components for CNC machine tools.The localization of functional components is an important step in improving the technical level of domestically produced major equipment,meeting domestic needs,and changing the dependence on imports and being controlled by others.It has significant strategic significance for improving the level of CNC machine tools in China's high-end equipment manufacturing industry and achieving the"Made in China 2025"goal.Based on this,this article starts with the opportunities and challenges of domestic functional components,taking the spindle and turntable as examples,analyzes the current situation of existing functional components,and makes trend judgments on the future development path of domestic functional components,which has certain reference value for the development of functional components.
