摘 要:本文针对不确定语言条件下的决策问题,考虑专家在选择飞机维修工程措施时的犹豫性和偏好,提出一种基于语义值偏差最小的模糊语义TOPSIS综合决策方法。根据犹豫模糊语言的概念设定犹豫模糊语言术语集,并转化为语义值;为得到更合理的权重向量,采用加权的平均语义值与决策者偏好语义值构建偏差函数求解属性权重;采用TOPSIS法对备选方案进行排序;以某机型M部件的工程措施选择问题为例,验证该方法的有效性和可能性。Aiming at the decision-making problem under uncertain language conditions,a fuzzy semantic TOPSIS comprehensive decision-making method based on the minimum semantic value deviation was proposed,considering the hesitation and preference of experts when choosing aircraft maintenance engineering measures.Firstly,according to the concept of hesitant fuzzy language,the term sets of hesitant fuzzy language are set up and converted into semantic values.Secondly,in order to get a more reasonable weight vector,the weighted average semantic value and the decision-maker's preference semantic value were used to construct a deviation function to solve the attribute weight.Then the TOPSIS method was used to sort the alternative schemes.Finally,the effectiveness and possibility of the proposed method are verified by an example of engineering measure selection of a certain type M component.
