摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展,大数据技术的出现为党建工作带来了新的模式。大数据的采集、分析和应用,可以更加准确地了解党员和群众的需求,为党建工作提供科学依据和决策支持。然而,大数据在党建工作中也面临着一些挑战。充分利用大数据技术,可以更好地服务于党员和群众,提高党建工作的效率和水平。With the development of information technology,the emergence of big data technology has brought unprecedented opportunities for Party building work.By collecting,analyzing,and applying big data,we can more accurately understand the needs of Party members and the masses,and provide scientific evidence and decision-making support for Party building work.However,big data also faces some challenges in Party building work.By fully utilizing big data technology,we can better serve Party members and the masses,and improve the efficiency and level of Party building work.
