摘　　要：为提高绩效评价的准确性,提升管理单位开放共享服务效率。依据云南大型科研仪器开放共享服务平台、运用管理模型与综合优化计算法相结合,对云南大型科研仪器开放共享服务绩效评价系统构建进行探析。结果表明:系统评价指标公开透明,评价结果无人为因素干扰;系统构架和功能设计操作简易方便,适用性较强;系统测评误差低、测评效率高,绩效评价的准确性与效率得以提高。To improve the accuracy of performance evaluation and enhance the efficiency of management unit open shared service,based on the opening and sharing service platform of large-scale scientific research instruments in Yunnan Province,combined with management models and integrated optimization calculation methods,this paper explores the construction of a performance evaluation system for Yunnan large-scale scientific research instrument open-sharing services.The results indicate that the system evaluation indicators are publicly available,and the evaluation results are undisturbed by human interference;the system architecture and functional design are user-friendly and have broad applicability;the system evaluation yields minimal errors and high efficiency,ensuring accurate and efficient performance evaluation.
