摘  要:阐述了近年来激光熔覆技术的研究进展,系统地对比并总结了传统激光熔覆与超高速激光熔覆的工艺,还对比了2种工艺制备涂层的关键性能指标,并梳理金属合金粉末制备工艺及熔覆材料,总结了熔覆层裂纹抑制措施,指出目前激光熔覆存在的不足,展望了未来的发展方向。It reviewed the research progress of laser cladding technology in recent years,systemati-cally compared and summarized the traditional laser cladding and ultra-high speed laser cladding processes,and compared the key performance indicators of coatings prepared by the two process-es.It also sorted out the preparation process of metal alloy powder and cladding materials,and summarized the measures to suppress cracks in the cladding layer.Finally,the shortcomings of the laser cladding currently used in coating were highlighted,and future development directions were outlined.
