摘  要:针对枪钻深孔钻削H13模具钢刀具磨损快、加工温度高的问题,以枪钻切削速度、进给量、外刃第一后角为优化对象,并以钻削轴向力和刀具温度为评价指标,设计了BBD响应面优化试验,建立有限元仿真模型,获得轴向力和刀具温度的二次多项式回归方程,最后采用NSGA-Ⅱ算法进行多目标优化求解非劣解集,与响应曲面优化结果相结合得到唯一解。结果表明:最终优化解切削速度为832.21r/min、进给量为0.011 2 mm/r、外刃第一后角为9.35°,轴向力和切削温度较低,此时钻削稳态平均仿真轴向力为611.2 N,实际轴向力为592.7 N;仿真温度为279.3℃,实际温度为321.1℃,为实际加工生产提供了参考方案。Addressing the rapid tool wear and high machining temperatures in gun drilling of H13 die steel,it aimed to optimize the gun drill's cutting speed,feed rate,and the first clearance angle of the outer blade.Drilling axial force and tool temperature were selected as the evaluation met⁃rics.A box-behnken design(BBD)response surface optimization experiment was conducted,alongside the development of a finite element simulation model,to obtain a quadratic polynomial regression equation for both axial force and tool temperature.The NSGA-II algorithm was subse⁃quently utilized for multi-objective optimization to identify a non-dominated solution set,which was integrated with the response surface optimization results to derive a unique solution.The out⁃come indicated that the optimal solution consisted of a cutting speed of 832.21 r/min,a feed rate of 0.0112 mm/r,and a first clearance angle of the outer edge at 9.35°.The setup resulted in lower axi⁃al forces and cutting temperatures,with a steady-state average simulated axial force of 611.2 N compared to an actual axial force of 592.7 N,and a simulated temperature of 279.3℃versus an ac⁃tual temperature of 321.1℃.
