摘 要:针对传统圆管流延模不利于歧管均匀分流浆料而导致薄膜产生不良的问题,提出鱼尾式分流结构,通过使用Simdroid三维仿真设计软件对不同结构的流延模入口段进行流体仿真分析,对比其挤出速率及云图。分析结果表明,传统溶剂流延模中浆料在进入定型段前,其平均挤出速率偏差高达166.1%,而调整鱼尾式分流锥的结构和位置,其平均挤出速率偏差降低至19.2%,使得浆料经鱼尾式分流锥挤压后形成厚度均匀,致密性良好的薄膜。Aiming at the problem that the traditional round tube casting die was not conducive to the uniform distribution of slurry in the manifold,resulting in poor film production,a fishtail split structure was proposed.By using Simdroid 3D simulation design software,the fluid simulation analysis of the inlet section of the casting die with different structures was carried out,and the ex-trusion rate and cloud image were compared.The results showed that the deviation of the average extrusion rate was as high as 166.1%before the slurry entering the setting section in the traditional solvent casting die,but the deviation of the average extrusion rate was reduced to 19.2%after ad-justing the structure and position of the fishtail shunt cone,which made the fluid formed a film with uniform thickness and good density after being extruded by the fishtail shunt cone.
