摘 要:为解决某油气悬架车型同轴左右轮荷差异较大,且多次自动中位调节后测量轮荷,数据重复性差的问题,通过试验测量轮荷、悬架油缸压力,发现轮荷与油缸压力正相关。采用简化的数学模型,分析导致此现象的原因为仅采用油气弹簧长度的车高调节策略会导致油气弹簧内气体压力和油液体积的不确定,进而引起轮荷的差异及不确定。因此,文章提出油气悬架车辆车高调节控制策略需引入压力(或油气弹簧缸内油量)控制,以避免左右轮荷差异较大带来的安全性和操稳的负面影响。To solve the problem of significant differences in coaxial left and right wheel loads and poor data repeatability in measuring wheel loads after multiple automatic center adjustments for a certain hydro-pneumatic suspension vehicle model,through experimental measurements of wheel load and suspension cylinder pressure,it is found that there is a positive correlation between wheel load and cylinder pressure.Using a simplified mathematical model,it is analyzed that the reason for this phenomenon is that using only the length of the hydro-pneumatic spring to adjust the vehicle height strategy will lead to uncertainty in the gas pressure and oil volume inside the hydro-pneumatic spring,thereby causing differences and uncertainties in wheel load.Therefore,this article proposes that the height adjustment control strategy for hydro-pneumatic suspension vehicles needs to introduce pressure(or oil volume in the hydro-pneumatic spring cylinder)control to avoid the negative impact of significant differences in left and right wheel loads on safety and stability.
