摘 要:以某车型在开发过程中固定式卡钳制动系统出现的3000Hz低频尖叫问题为研究对象,参考Link3900台架测试结果,建立该固定式卡钳制动系统的仿真有限元模型,结合试验模态对有限元模型各部件材料参数进行调整,使用复特征值仿真分析方法,获取系统不稳定模态的频率和振型。针对此不稳定模态进行子结构贡献量及制动盘灵敏度分析,发现降低制动盘刚度可以降低系统的不稳定噪声,提出更改制动盘通风筋方案,并对该优化方案进行台架试验且验证此方法有效。结果表明,复特征值分析方法对于抑制和改善固定式卡钳低频尖叫的可行性和有效性。Taking the 3000 Hz low-frequency squeal problem that appears in a fixed calipers during the development process of a certain vehicle model as the research object,refer to the Link3900 stand test results,establish the simulation finite element model of the fixed calipers,combined with the test modal mode adjust the material parameters of each component material of the finite element model,and use the complicated special value simulation analysis method to obtain the frequency and vibration of the system unstable mode.In response to the analysis of the sub-structure contribution and the sensitivity of braking disc in this unstable model,it is found that reducing the stiffness of the brake plate can reduce the unstable noise of the system,and verify that this method is effective.The results show that the analysis method of the compound special value is the feasibility and effectiveness for inhibiting and improving the low-frequency squeal of fixed calipers.
