限速车辆实际道路行驶污染物排放测试方法研究

摘　　要：实际道路行驶污染物排放(RDE)测试作为轻型车排放测试研究的重要测试方法,在《轻型汽车污染物排放限值及测量方法(中国第六阶段)》(GB18352.6-2016)开始也将RDE作为轻型车进行型式认证的重要项目之一。针对限速车辆最高车速不同的特点,限速车辆实际道路行驶污染物排放测试方法有较多特殊的地方。基于《轻型汽车污染物排放限值及测量方法(中国第六阶段)》(GB 18352.6-2016)中对限速车辆的测试方法的初步规定,文章研究完善下阶段排放标准限速车辆实际道路行驶污染物排放测试方法,并验证其合理性,最后得到一套完善的限速车辆实际道路行驶污染物排放测试方法,同时也为未来下阶段排放标准的制定提供建议。Real driving emission(RDE)test is an important test method for light vehicle emission test research.Starting from Limits and Measurement Methods for Emission from Light-duty Vehicles(China 6)(GB 18352.6-2016),RDE is also regarded as one of the important items for type certification of light-duty vehicles.According to the different characteristics of the maximum speed of speed-limited vehicle,there are many special test methods for real driving emission of speed-limited vehicle.Based on Limits and Measurement Methods for Emission from Light-duty Vehicles(China 6)(GB 18352.6-2016)the preliminary provisions of the test method forspeed-limited vehicle,this paper studies and improves the emission standards for speed-limited vehicle on real driving emission test methods for the next stage,and verifies its rationality.Finally,a set of perfect pollutant emission test method for real driving emission of speed-limited vehicle is obtained,and it also provides suggestions for the formulation of emission standards in the next stage.
