摘　　要：为实现车身四门铰链自动化安装目标,达到减员效果,降低制造成本,文章通过对车身四门铰链装配工艺及自动拧紧技术的深入研究,提出了自动拧紧技术在车身四门铰链装配上的应用方案。并通过在东风本田汽车有限公司一工厂的应用实绩进行验证,结果表明方案可行,为汽车行业同类场景的应用和扩大提供更多的参考方向和优化空间。In order to achieve the goal of automatic installation of four-door hinges in the body,the effect of reducing staff is achieved and the manufacturing cost is reduced.Through the in-depth study of the body four-door hinge assembly process and automatic tightening technology,this paper proposes the application scheme of automatic tightening technology in the body four-door hinge assembly,and verifies the application performance in the first plant of Dongfeng Honda Automobile Company Limited,and obtains that the scheme is feasible,which provides more reference direction and optimization space for the application and expansion of similar scenarios in the automotive industry.
